I've had two pieces go into Julie's Embroidery and come out wrong. I sent multiple pictures in each instance, but they still somehow found a way to mess it up.
With the first piece I gave them, I needed a simple embroidery set out in a very specific way and I was very adamant that it had to be done the way I showed them in ~4 photos, yet, the layout was completely wrong.
For the second chance I gave them, all I required was 3 simple words in a specific size, and was returned far too big in comparison to the reference photos (not to mention, it took over 2 weeks to embroider these 3 simple words)

Not sure how an establishment that prides themselves on embroidery can mess up twice in two different situations with my very simple requests, but here we are. Never again.
